Daily Micah, Late Edition: Pacified, Part 2
While pacifiers have really helped Micah deal with his need to chew on things, there are two disadvantages. First, you don't get to hear his voice as much. Micah can be quite chatty, and pacifiers just make it harder for him to speak his mind.
Second, pacifiers hide his mouth, so it can be harder to tell when he's smiling. Periodically, therefore, I remove the pacifier to check out what his little mouth is doing.
