Tips for New and Non Parents

Regarding baby clothes:

1. Gerber baby clothes run small:
1a. Gerber underwear runs 2 sizes smaller than what is indicated on the tag. For example, an article of clothing made by Circo that says "0-3 months" is the same size as Gerber underwear that says "6-9 months."
1b. Gerber clothing runs 1 size smaller than what is indicated on the tag. "3-6 months" Gerber clothing is the same size as "0-3 months" Circo clothing.

2. When a tag says "6 months" this means that your baby should fit into the clothing sometime before s/he is 6 months old, not that s/he will fit into it once s/he is 6 months old.

3. Do not organize your baby's clothes based on the size indicated on the tag. Instead, organize his/her clothes based on the length of the part that covers the torso.
